We have multiple videos with different time stamps showing how their various solutions did not work. We have called multiple times since the first rain after installation. The product is, in fact, known by Leaf Filter, to not work on our roof type and yet they refuse to refund our money and remove the product from our home. After numerous calls, numerous service visits, numerous solutions attempted to have Leaf Filter correct it, they have now determined that it is and always has been functioning as intended. There are 2 locations on our home that now overflow regardless of how hard or how clean the leaf filters are. We were told by the salesperson that leaf filter would prevent our gutters from being clogged and needing to be cleaned. Prior to having Leaf Filter installed on our house, we did not have any issues with water overflowing our gutters (see attached image. If no assistance here I'll continue seeking a class action suit for your new style gutter filters/screens as well as negatively promote your company for the lies you project without backing up anything. The BBB should investigate how this company advertises, markets then lies in the fine print. Your website and ads state "NEVER CLOG AGAIN" - just because you change your guarantee in Section D doesn't make the fine print ethical to sell a product stating "Never Clog again or go up on a ladder again" - total bait & switch with the fine print. What I'd like is for my gutters to be cleaned "FREE OF CHARGE". I just had a local Leaf Gutter rep at my house - he is talking to his region manager to see if they can assist in someway. I missed signing up for the class action suit for the small gutter screens but I have the larger gutter screen you make - so I can wait for the next class action suit. I am rejecting this response because: Just because you say this matter is resolved doesn't make it go away. Please note the LF agency we dealt with was/is from *** ****** ** & it somehow changed as I reviewed my complaint. To date I have not received any phone call & am totally frustrated! I’m hoping you can help resolve this issue before another hurricane season starts!

After checking my phone & finding no message as noted above I continued to call requesting that they leave a message in case I was unavailable so I could get back in touch to arrange repairs. The only time I was able to speak with someone directly I was told they had called & left a message on my phone. So after allowing several months to pass without a schedule from LF I called them to get Scheduled. No date was determined to fix the problem as LF (leaf filter) explained due to hurricane *** they were extremely busy. The cost of the estimate was $105 & the estimate for repairs was$ 505 replacing five panels that were damaged. We received an estimate in November 2022. We called leaf filter to have them come & give an estimate to fix the damage. When hurricane *** hit we suffered tree damage to the leaf filter system. On JanuLeaf Filter installed their product on my home at a cost of $8,976. It may seem like nothing, but in the event warranty work needs to be done or we move and want to transfer to a new owner we have nothing in the line of paperwork to even prove we purchased from them. I expressed unhappiness with the failure of the supervisor/salesperson to leave us ANY documentation and to imply he left the folder and we should have it.IT WAS NOT LEFT HERE!!!! The only paperwork I have received is the work order from the installers.

, received a survey from LeafFilter questioning how we felt about the work done from start to finish. I messaged ****** and in return message he apologized and promised to mail folder and contents. Job checker came to property to check on job. No answer so I left a message about the folder and documents and never received a return call. He did give me the phone number of the salesman/installer.

install was completed and I asked the installers about the documents. He left without leaving the folder containing the documents and proof of sale. Install to be At closing sales person showed us a warranty document, information for the ability to transfer to another person or company and promised a receipt would be Emailed when he returned to the office. We closed a contract for $2900.00 to install filters on existing gutter.
